9-го жовтня 2025 року на кафедрі теорії та методики навчання мистецьких дисциплін (завідувачка к.пед.н., доцентка Олена Бузова) відбулась гостьова лекція для здобувачів спеціальності А4.13 Середня освіта (Мистецтво. Музичне мистецтво) на тему «Успішний арт-менеджмент у галузі музичного мистецтва (з досвіду роботи музичної студії «Voxy Studio»)» від випускниці ОП Середня освіта (музичне мистецтво та англійська мова) 2023 року, члена ради роботодавців спеціальності А4.13 Середня освіта (Мистецтво. Музичне мистецтво) Валерії Туровець та співзасновника музичної студії Андрія Туровець.
Результати опитування здобувачів ОП Середня освіта (музичне мистецтво та англійська мова) з питань моніторингу та періодичного перегляду освітньої програми показали велику зацікавленість бакалаврів проблемою реалізації власних творчих проєктів у галузі музичного мистецтва, що й стало поштовхом для організації такої зустрічі.
Доповідачі детально розкрили ключові моменти управлінської стратегії під час реалізації творчих (музичних) проєктів, звертаючи особливу увагу на технологічний аспект зазначеної діяльності та її клієнтоорієнтованість.
Лекторами було сформульовано основну місію їх проєкту – максимально комфортне освітнє середовище, сучасний та ефективний простір для навчання, ставка на технології та якісне обладнання. Пані Валерія зробила акцент на питаннях добору команди професіоналів, методи залучення цільової аудиторії, особливості безпечного функціонування у прифронтовому місті, правові та адміністративні аспекти підприємницької діяльності. Наприкінці учасникам гостьової лекції було запропоновано для перегляду короткі відео із демонстрацією цікавих методів вокальної роботи з дітьми.
Такий цікавий досвід з арт-менеджменту у музичному мистецтві збагачує професійні знання здобувачів, сприяє ефективному формуванню загальних та фахових компетентностей, налаштовує на нові творчі задуми і мистецькі стартапи. Яскрава дискусія з активним обміном думками підтвердила важливість та актуальність обраної тематики й бажання надалі продовжувати творчий діалог.

Guest lecture “Successful art management in the field of music”: from the experience of working in a music studio
On October 9, 2025, a guest lecture was held at the Department of Theory and Methods of Teaching Artistic Disciplines (head, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Olena Buzova) for applicants for the specialty A4.13 Secondary Education (Art. Musical Art) on the topic “Successful art management in the field of musical art (from the experience of the music studio “Voxy Studio”)” by a graduate of the Secondary Education (Musical Art and English language) program in 2023, a member of the Employers’ Council of the specialty A4.13 Secondary Education (Art. Musical Art) Valeria Turovets and co-founder of the music studio Andriy Turovets.
The results of a survey of applicants for the Secondary Education (Music and English) program on monitoring and periodic revision of the educational program showed great interest among bachelors in the problem of implementing their own creative projects in the field of music, which became the impetus for organizing such a meeting.
The speakers detailed the key points of the management strategy during the implementation of creative (musical) projects, paying special attention to the technological aspect of the mentioned activity and its customer orientation.
The lecturers formulated the main mission of their project – the most comfortable educational environment, a modern and effective space for learning, a focus on technology and high-quality equipment. Ms. Valeria focused on the issues of selecting a team of professionals, methods of attracting the target audience, the features of safe functioning in a front-line city, legal and administrative aspects of entrepreneurial activity. At the end of the guest lecture, the participants were offered to watch short videos demonstrating interesting methods of vocal work with children.
Such an interesting experience in art management in musical art enriches the professional knowledge of applicants, contributes to the effective formation of general and professional competencies, and sets them up for new creative ideas and artistic startups. A lively discussion with an active exchange of views confirmed the importance and relevance of the chosen topic and the desire to continue the creative dialogue.
