У межах реалізації освітньо-наукової програми «Літературно-мистецький менеджмент» відбулася робоча зустріч, присвячена проходженню науково-виробничої практики здобувачками другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти.
Базою практики є Комунальний заклад «Культурно-мистецький центр» Боярської міської ради – сучасна культурна інституція, що функціонує в умовах динамічних суспільних викликів.
У межах зустрічі було представлено результати комплексного аналізу діяльності закладу: його організаційної структури, напрямів роботи, нормативно-правового забезпечення та управлінських особливостей у контексті воєнного стану. Доповідь засвідчила здатність здобувачів освіти здійснювати системний аналіз функціонування культурних інституцій та формулювати обґрунтовані висновки щодо їх розвитку.
Окремий блок презентації було присвячено дослідженню цільової аудиторії як інструменту проєктного менеджменту та основи для залучення грантового фінансування. Продемонстровано підхід до трансформації емпіричних даних у практичні управлінські рішення та підготовку проєктних заявок до провідних донорських інституцій – Українського культурного фонду та House of Europe.
Зустріч стала прикладом інтеграції академічної підготовки та реального сектору культури та відбулася у форматі професійного діалогу з керівництвом закладу, продемонструвавши важливість формування управлінських, аналітичних і дослідницьких компетентностей майбутніх фахівців у сфері літературно-мистецького менеджменту.
Висловлюємо вдячність керівництву Комунального закладу «Культурно-мистецький центр» Боярської міської ради за можливість проходження практики та бажаємо подальшого розвитку, успішної реалізації культурних ініціатив і нових проєктів на благо громади.

From Analysis to Project Solutions: Research Internship of Students of the Educational and Scientific Program “Literary and Artistic Management”
As part of the implementation of the educational and scientific program “Literary and Artistic Management,” a working meeting was held dedicated to the research internship of second-level (Master’s) students.
The internship base is the Municipal Institution “Cultural and Arts Center” of the Boyarka City Council – a modern cultural institution operating under dynamic societal challenges.
During the meeting, the results of a comprehensive analysis of the institution’s activities were presented, including its organizational structure, key areas of work, regulatory framework, and management specifics in the context of martial law. The presentation demonstrated the students’ ability to conduct a systematic analysis of cultural institutions and formulate well-grounded conclusions regarding their development.
A separate part of the presentation focused on audience research as a tool of project management and a foundation for attracting grant funding. The students demonstrated an approach to transforming empirical data into practical management decisions and preparing project proposals for leading donor institutions – the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation and House of Europe.
The meeting became an example of the integration of academic training with the real cultural sector and was held in the format of a professional dialogue with the institution’s management. It highlighted the importance of developing managerial, analytical, and research competencies of future professionals in the field of literary and artistic management.
