13 травня на кафедрі педагогіки факультету психолого-педагогічної освіти та мистецтв Бердянського державного педагогічного університету у межах заходів, присвячених Дням науки, доцентка кафедри педагогіки, докторка філософії (PhD) Надія Діра провела воркшоп «Професійна етика психологів і педагогів у цифровому просторі соціальних мереж».
Сьогодні соціальні мережі стали не лише платформою для комунікації та професійного розвитку, а й простором підвищеної етичної відповідальності для фахівців допомагаючих професій. Саме тому тема воркшопу виявилась напрочуд актуальною та викликала жвавий інтерес учасників.
Під час заходу обговорювались ключові питання професійної етики в цифровому середовищі: дотримання конфіденційності у роботі психолога, професійні межі у взаємодії з клієнтами, учнями та батьками, етичні ризики публікації професійного контенту в соціальних мережах, відповідальність фахівця за власну цифрову поведінку, а також проблема розмиття особистих і професійних меж у мережі. Особливу увагу було приділено аналізу реальних кейсів, які стали основою для фахової дискусії про захист людської вразливості та збереження довіри у стосунках «фахівець – клієнт».
Учасники активно долучалися до обговорення, розмірковуючи над сучасними викликами, які ставить перед професіоналом цифровий простір. Адже професійна етика – це не лише правила, а передусім відповідальність за людину, яка довіряє нам свій досвід, емоції та вразливість.
Захід вкотре підтвердив, що формування етичної культури у цифровому середовищі – невіддільна складова підготовки сучасного педагога і психолога, здатного відповідально діяти в умовах викликів сьогодення. Саме етична зрілість фахівця є тією основою, на якій тримається довіра – найцінніший ресурс у допомагаючих професіях.

Professional Ethics of Psychologists and Educators in the Digital Space of Social Media
On May 13, 2026, the Department of Pedagogy of the Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts of Berdуansk State Pedagogical University held a sectional meeting within the framework of the Days of Science–2026., Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Nadiia DIRA conducted a workshop titled “Professional Ethics of Psychologists and Educators in the Digital Space of Social Media.”
Today, social media has become not only a platform for communication and professional development, but also a space of increased ethical responsibility for specialists in helping professions. That is why the topic of the workshop proved to be highly relevant and sparked lively interest among the participants.
During the event, participants discussed key issues of professional ethics in the digital environment: maintaining confidentiality in the work of psychologists, professional boundaries in interaction with clients, students, and parents, ethical risks related to publishing professional content on social media, specialists’ responsibility for their own digital behavior, as well as the problem of blurred personal and professional boundaries online. Special attention was given to the analysis of real-life cases, which became the basis for a professional discussion on protecting human vulnerability and maintaining trust in “specialist–client” relationships.
The participants actively engaged in the discussion, reflecting on the modern challenges posed by the digital space. After all, professional ethics is not only about rules, but above all about responsibility for the person who entrusts us with their experiences, emotions, and vulnerability.
The event once again confirmed that the formation of an ethical culture in the digital environment is an integral part of training modern educators and psychologists who are able to act responsibly in the face of contemporary challenges. It is the ethical maturity of a specialist that serves as the foundation of trust the most valuable resource in helping professions.
