29 травня 2026 року магістранти ОПП «Психологія тренінгової роботи» успішно прозвітували про результати проходження виробничої практики, яка тривала з 23 березня по 11 квітня 2026 року.
Завдяки плідній співпраці кафедри психології зі стейкхолдерами та роботодавцями, бази практики охопили різноманітні соціальні сфери. Так, цьогоріч здобувачі відпрацьовували практичні навички у закладах освіти, інклюзивно-ресурсних та реабілітаційних центрах, органах державної влади, громадських та благодійних організаціях, військових підрозділах тощо. Особливістю практики стала залученість магістрантів до реальних умов майбутньої професійної діяльності, що є ключовим чинником якісної фахової підготовки та професійного розвитку майбутніх психологів-тренерів.
До складу комісії із захисту виробничої практики увійшли провідні викладачі кафедри психології факультету ППОМ: професор Любов Співак, доценти Ірина Черезова, Ольга Фролова, Наталія Сердюк, Євгенія Кочерга, Тетяна Макарова та Крістіна Петрик, старші викладачі Оксана Стрільчук, Артем Полуляхов, Ганна Лисак та Вікторія Федорик, асистенти Юлія Крючкова та Катерина Сапранкова. Члени комісії високо оцінили результати практики та відзначили високу мотивацію здобувачів до майбутньої професійної діяльності.

Defense of professional internship reports by master’s students educational and professional program «Psychology of training work»
On May 29, 2026, master’s students of the Educational and Professional Program “Psychology of Training Work” successfully presented and defended the results of their professional internship, which took place from March 23 to April 11, 2026.
Thanks to the fruitful cooperation between the Department of Psychology and its stakeholders and employers, the internship placements covered a wide range of social sectors. This year, students developed their practical skills in educational institutions, inclusive resource and rehabilitation centers, public authorities, non-governmental and charitable organizations, military units, and other settings. A distinctive feature of the internship was the students’ engagement in real professional environments, which is a key factor in ensuring high-quality professional training and the development of future psychologist-trainers.
The internship defense committee consisted of leading faculty members of the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Psychological, Pedagogical Education and Arts: Professor Liubov Spivak; Associate Professors Iryna Cherezova, Olha Frolova, Nataliia Serdiuk, Yevheniia Kocherha, Tetiana Makarova and Khrystyna Petryk; Senior Lecturers Oksana Strilchuk, Artem Poluliakhov, Hanna Lysak and Viktoriia Fedoryk; Assistants Yuliia Kriuchkova and Kateryna Saprankova. The committee highly praised the internship outcomes and noted the students’ strong motivation toward their future professional careers.
