20 лютого 2026 року на факультеті фізичної культури, спорту та здоров’я людини Бердянського державного педагогічного університету відбувся виховний захід до Дня вшанування Героїв Небесної Сотні.
Модераторкою заходу стала заступниця декана з виховної роботи ФФКСЗЛ, старша викладачка кафедри хореографії та фітнесу Наталя Кривунь. У своєму вступному слові вона підкреслила, що пам’ять про Героїв Небесної Сотні є не лише даниною шани, а й важливим моральним орієнтиром для сучасної молоді.
Під час зустрічі було висвітлено перебіг подій Революції Гідності та пояснено, чому загиблих учасників протестів називають Героями Небесної Сотні. Присутнім нагадали, що ця назва стала символом жертовності близько ста мирних протестувальників, які загинули у боротьбі за демократичні цінності, свободу та гідність українського народу. Образ «Небесної Сотні» уособлює духовну висоту їхнього подвигу та безсмертя у народній пам’яті.
Окрему увагу було приділено розповіді про учасників протестів – людей різного віку, професій і регіонів України, яких об’єднала спільна мета. Також ішлося про державну нагороду – Орден Героїв Небесної Сотні, яким вшановують громадян за громадянську мужність, патріотизм та відстоювання прав і свобод людини.
Захід супроводжувався тематичною презентацією та відеоматеріалами, що допомогли глибше усвідомити значення тих подій для становлення сучасної України. Онлайн-формат не став перешкодою для щирої атмосфери єдності: учасники долучилися до хвилини мовчання, вшановуючи світлу пам’ять загиблих.
Проведення подібних виховних заходів є важливою складовою освітнього процесу факультету, адже сприяє формуванню національної свідомості, поваги до історії та розуміння ціни свободи. Пам’ять про Героїв Небесної Сотні залишається живою у серцях молодого покоління та надихає берегти й захищати незалежність України!

Heroes never die: a commemorative online event held at the FPCSHH
On February 20, 2026, an educational event dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes was held at the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Human Health of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University.
The event was moderated by the Deputy Dean for Educational Work of the Faculty, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Choreography and Fitness, Nataliia Kryvun. In her opening remarks, she emphasized that honoring the memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes is not only a tribute of respect, but also an important moral guideline for modern youth.
During the meeting, the course of the Revolution of Dignity was highlighted, and it was explained why the fallen protesters are called the Heavenly Hundred Heroes. Participants were reminded that this name has become a symbol of the sacrifice of nearly one hundred peaceful protesters who lost their lives in the struggle for democratic values, freedom, and the dignity of the Ukrainian people. The image of the “Heavenly Hundred” embodies the spiritual strength of their feat and their immortality in the national memory.
Special attention was given to the stories of the protest participants – people of different ages, professions, and regions of Ukraine united by a common goal. The discussion also addressed the state award – the Order of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, which honors citizens for civic courage, patriotism, and the defense of human rights and freedoms.
The event was accompanied by a thematic presentation and video materials that helped deepen understanding of the significance of those events for the development of modern Ukraine. The online format did not hinder the sincere atmosphere of unity: participants joined in a moment of silence to honor the bright memory of the fallen.
Holding such educational events is an important component of the Faculty’s educational process, as it contributes to the formation of national consciousness, respect for history, and an understanding of the price of freedom. The memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes remains alive in the hearts of the younger generation and inspires them to preserve and defend Ukraine’s independence.
