На кафедрі теорії та методики навчання мистецьких дисциплін функціонує Рада роботодавців спеціальності А4.13 Середня освіта (Мистецтво. Музичне мистецтво). Члени цієї ради є стейкхолдерами освітньо-професійної програми Середня освіта (музичне мистецтво та англійська мова) першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти у рамках якої налагоджена тісна співпраця із зацікавленими сторонами.
Поряд із систематичним залученням стейкхолдерів до перегляду та оновлення освітньої програми однією із перспективних форм їх взаємодії із закладами вищої освіти у межах певної ОП є долучення останніх до проведення аудиторних занять. Зазначена форма взаємодії дає можливість використовувати їх наявний потенціал для розвитку кожного учасника освітнього процесу та поєднання теоретичної й практичної складової професійної підготовки здобувачів.
Так, у межах співпраці зі стейкхолдером, випускницею ОП Середня освіта (музичне мистецтво та англійська мова), співзасновницею музичної студії “Voxy Studio” у м. Запоріжжя Валерією Туровець проведена серія аудиторних занять з постановки голосу на базі установи стейкхолдера. Здобувачки першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти групи 24ММ Гладущенко Галина та Бакланова Марія протягом навчального року відвідують зазначені індивідуальні заняття, опановуючи сучасні вокальні методики як то Complete Vocal Technique (CVT) та Estill Voice Training (EVT), що базуються на ґрунтовних знаннях анатомії та фізіології голосу.
Такий механізм взаємодії зі стейкхолдерами сприяє якісному формуванню загальних та фахових компетентностей здобувачів особливо в умовах тимчасового переміщення закладу освіти і суттєво активізує взаємовідносини із роботодавцями, враховуючи потреби зацікавлених сторін.

Practice of interaction with stakeholders of the EP Secondary education (Musical Art and English)
The Department of Theory and Methods of Teaching Artistic Disciplines has an Employers’ Council (https://surli.cc/otwjyv) for the specialty A4.13 Secondary Education (Art. Musical Art). The members of this council are stakeholders of the educational and professional program Secondary Education (Musical Art and English) of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education, within which close cooperation with stakeholders has been established.
Along with the systematic involvement of stakeholders in reviewing and updating the educational program, one of the promising forms of their interaction with higher education institutions within the framework of a certain EP is the involvement of the latter in conducting classroom classes. This form of interaction makes it possible to use their existing potential for the development of each participant in the educational process and to combine the theoretical and practical components of professional training.
Thus, within the framework of cooperation with the stakeholder, a graduate of the Secondary Education Program (music and English), co-founder of the music studio “Voxy Studio” in Zaporizhzhia, Valeria TUROVETS, a series of classroom lessons on voice production were held at the stakeholder’s institution. Students of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education of the 24MM group, Halyna Gladushchenko and Maria Baklanova, attend the specified individual classes during the academic year, mastering modern vocal techniques such as Complete Vocal Technique (CVT) and Estill Voice Training (EVT), which are based on thorough knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the voice (https://surl.li/uvbapx).
Such a mechanism for interacting with stakeholders contributes to the high-quality formation of general and professional competencies of applicants, especially in the context of temporary relocation of an educational institution, and significantly activates relationships with employers, taking into account the needs of stakeholders.
