На кафедрі фізичної культури, спорту та методики викладання Бердянського державного педагогічного університету триває активна робота з підвищення професійної майстерності викладачів та впровадження сучасних освітніх практик у навчальний процес.
Зокрема, Наталія Поліщук, докторка філософії, доцентка, завідувачка кафедри, та Катерина Волощук, доктор філософії, старший викладач кафедри фізичної культури, спорту та методики викладання, успішно пройшли науково-педагогічне стажування в Академії соціальних наук (Uczelnia Nauk Społecznych, м. Лодзь, Республіка Польща).
Стажування відбувалося у період з 5 січня по 15 лютого 2026 року за програмою
“Pedagogical Innovations in Teaching Physical Education and Sports in Higher Education Institutions”
(“Педагогічні інновації у викладанні фізичної культури та спорту в закладах вищої освіти”).
Загальний обсяг програми становив 180 годин (6 кредитів ECTS) та охоплював актуальні питання:
- викладання фізичної культури і спорту в умовах цифровізації
- застосування компетентнісного підходу в освітньому процесі;
- підготовки фахівців у контексті інклюзивної освіти;
- впровадження STEM-освіти у фізичному вихованні;
- європейських стратегій розвитку освіти та навчання впродовж життя.
У межах стажування учасниці брали участь у семінарах, тренінгах, науково-методичних заходах, а також виконували індивідуальні консультативні завдання.
Отримані знання та практичний досвід сприятимуть удосконаленню освітнього процесу, впровадженню інноваційних підходів у підготовці майбутніх фахівців у сфері фізичної культури і спорту та розвитку міжнародної академічної співпраці кафедри.

Education Without Borders: Department Lecturers Enhance Their Professional Expertise
The Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Teaching Methods at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University continues its active work on improving the professional competence of its academic staff and implementing modern educational practices in the learning process.
In particular, Nataliia Polishchuk, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Head of the Department, and Kateryna Voloshchuk, Doctor of Philosophy, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Teaching Methods, successfully completed a scientific and pedagogical internship at the Academy of Social Sciences (Uczelnia Nauk Społecznych, Łódź, Republic of Poland).
The internship took place from January 5 to February 15, 2026, under the program
“Pedagogical Innovations in Teaching Physical Education and Sports in Higher Education Institutions.”
The total workload of the program amounted to 180 hours (6 ECTS credits) and covered the following key areas:
- teaching physical education and sports in the context of digitalization;
- application of the competency-based approach in the educational process;
- training of specialists within the framework of inclusive education;
- implementation of STEM education in physical education;
- European strategies for the development of education and lifelong learning.
Within the internship, the participants took part in seminars, training sessions, scientific and methodological activities, and carried out individual advisory tasks.
The acquired knowledge and practical experience will contribute to improving the educational process, implementing innovative approaches in the training of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports, and strengthening international academic cooperation of the department.
