У період із 2 по 28 лютого 2026 року відбулося проходження виробничої практики здобувачами денної форми навчання першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти ОПП «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування» Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Практика є невід’ємною складовою освітнього процесу та важливим етапом професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців фінансової сфери.
Керівництво практикою здійснювали викладачі кафедри економіки, менеджменту та фінансів: д.е.н., професор Завідна Л. Д. та ст. викладач Задворна О. В., які забезпечували методичний супровід, консультування здобувачів та контроль за виконанням програм практики.
Здобувачі проходили практику на підприємствах (установах, організаціях) різних сфер діяльності по всій території України, що дало змогу безпосередньо зануритися в практичні аспекти фінансової роботи, ознайомитися з реальними бізнес-процесами та специфікою функціонування сучасних суб’єктів господарювання.
Серед баз проходження практики слід виділити ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг», ТОВ «Автотранс АВК», ТОВ «АХАВА Україна», КУ «Центр фінансово-господарського обслуговування», ПрАТ «Страхова компанія «АРКС» та інші.
Під час проходження практики здобувачі мали можливість застосувати набуті теоретичні знання на практиці, ознайомитися з організацією фінансової діяльності підприємств, особливостями ведення бухгалтерського обліку, фінансового аналізу, бюджетування, здійснення страхових операцій та управління грошовими потоками. Значна увага приділялася формуванню професійних компетентностей, аналітичного мислення та навичок прийняття управлінських рішень.
За результатами практики здобувачі підготували звіти, захист яких відбувався протягом березня 2026 року. Під час захисту були представлені цікаві та змістовні доповіді, у яких здобувачі висвітлювали особливості діяльності баз практики, надавали оцінку фінансовому стану підприємств, визначали проблемні аспекти та пропонували шляхи їх вирішення. Окрему увагу було приділено сучасним викликам фінансової системи, цифровізації фінансових процесів та підвищенню ефективності управління ресурсами.
Проходження практики є надзвичайно важливим для ОПП «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування», оскільки забезпечує інтеграцію теоретичних знань із практичним досвідом, сприяє формуванню конкурентоспроможних фахівців, здатних ефективно працювати в умовах сучасної економіки. Отримані під час практики знання та навички стануть міцною основою для подальшого професійного розвитку здобувачів.

From theory to practice: results of industrial internship of bachelor’s degree students in the educational program “finance, banking and insurance”
During the period from February 2 to February 28, 2026, full-time bachelor’s degree students of the educational program “Finance, Banking and Insurance” at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University completed their industrial internship. The internship is an integral part of the educational process and an important stage in the professional training of future specialists in the financial sector.
The internship was supervised by the faculty members of the Department of Economics, Management and Finance: Doctor of Economics, Professor L. Zavidna, and Senior Lecturer O. Zadvorna, who provided methodological support, консультації (consultations), and monitoring of the internship program implementation.
Students completed their internships at enterprises (institutions and organizations) across various sectors throughout Ukraine, which allowed them to immerse themselves in practical aspects of financial work, become familiar with real business processes, and understand the specifics of modern economic entities.
Among the internship bases were PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih”, LLC “Avtotrans AVK”, LLC “AHAVA Ukraine”, Municipal Institution “Center for Financial and Economic Services”, PJSC “Insurance Company ARX”, and others.
During the internship, students had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice, become acquainted with the organization of financial activities of enterprises, specifics of accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, insurance operations, and cash flow management. Considerable attention was paid to the development of professional competencies, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
As a result of the internship, students prepared reports, which were defended during March 2026. During the defense, students delivered interesting and informative presentations, highlighting the specifics of their internship bases, evaluating the financial condition of enterprises, identifying problem areas, and proposing solutions. Special attention was given to modern challenges of the financial system, digitalization of financial processes, and improving resource management efficiency.
The internship is extremely important for the educational program “Finance, Banking and Insurance”, as it ensures the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical experience and contributes to the formation of competitive specialists capable of working effectively in the modern economy.
