Для здобувачів першого курсу бакалаврського та магістерського рівнів вищої освіти відбулася інформаційна зустріч, присвячена питанням призначення академічних та соціальних стипендій у Бердянському державному педагогічному університеті.
Під час зустрічі заступниця декана з навчально-методичної роботи Людмила Коновальська ознайомила першокурсників з основними положеннями: «Правил призначення академічних стипендій в БДПУ (нова редакція)» та «Правил призначення соціальних стипендій в БДПУ (нова редакція)», які визначають порядок призначення академічних та соціальних стипендій та пов’язані з цим процедури.
Окрему увагу під час зустрічі Людмила Коновальська приділила стипендіальній комісії університету. Здобувачам розповіли, що до її складу входять ректор університету, проректори, головний бухгалтер, декани факультетів, завідувач аспірантури, докторантури, начальник навчального відділу, провідний фахівець-юрисконсульт, голова профкому, голова студентської ради, представники органів студентського самоврядування та первинної профспілкової організації.
Особливо важливим для першокурсників стало розуміння того, що академічна стипендія пов’язана з результатами навчання та рейтингом здобувачів освіти. Заступниця декана з виховної роботи Наталя Кривунь наголосила на тому, що вже з перших місяців навчання варто відповідально ставитися до освітнього процесу, систематично працювати над опануванням навчальних дисциплін, брати активну участь у науковій, громадській та виховній роботі.
Під час зустрічі здобувачі вищої освіти мали можливість поставити запитання та отримати роз’яснення щодо процедури призначення стипендій, формування рейтингу та ролі органів студентського самоврядування у стипендіальному процесі.
Такі інформаційні зустрічі є важливою складовою адаптації першокурсників до університетського життя, адже допомагають краще орієнтуватися у своїх правах, можливостях та академічних обов’язках.

First-year students of the faculty of physical culture, sports and human health learned more about academic and social scholarships
An information meeting dedicated to the awarding of academic and social scholarships at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University was held for first-year students of the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree levels of higher education.
During the meeting, Liudmyla Konovalska, Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Affairs, introduced the first-year students to the main provisions of the «Regulations on the Awarding of Academic Scholarships at BSPU (new edition)» and the «Regulations on the Awarding of Social Scholarships at BSPU (new edition)», which define the procedure for awarding academic and social scholarships and the related procedures.
Special attention during the meeting was paid to the University Scholarship Committee. The students were informed that its members include the Rector of the University, Vice-Rectors, the Chief Accountant, Deans of Faculties, the Head of the Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies Department, the Head of the Educational Department, the Leading Legal Adviser, the Chair of the Trade Union Committee, the Chair of the Student Council, as well as representatives of student self-government bodies and the primary trade union organization.
It was particularly important for first-year students to understand that an academic scholarship is related to students’ academic performance and ranking. Nataliia Kryvun, Deputy Dean for Educational Work, emphasized that from the very beginning of their studies, students should take the educational process responsibly, work systematically to master their academic disciplines, and actively participate in scientific, community, and educational activities.
During the meeting, higher education students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive explanations regarding the scholarship awarding procedure, the formation of the student ranking, and the role of student self-government bodies in the scholarship process.
Such information meetings are an important part of first-year students’ adaptation to university life, as they help them better understand their rights, opportunities, and academic responsibilities.
