12 травня 2026 року на кафедрі економіки, менеджменту та фінансів Бердянського державного педагогічного університету відбулося засідання круглого столу «Актуальні проблеми та перспективи розвитку економіки, менеджменту і фінансів» у межах традиційного Дня науки.
Науковий захід об’єднав студентів бакалаврату та магістратури соціально-гуманітарного факультету ОПП «Менеджмент», «Менеджмент організацій», «Менеджмент готельного, курортного та туристичного сервісу», «Економіка бізнесу», «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування», які представили актуальні дослідження у сферах економіки, фінансів, менеджменту, туризму, цифровізації та управління персоналом.
Під час круглого столу учасники порушили низку важливих тем, що відповідають сучасним викликам української економіки та глобального ринку. Особливу увагу було приділено питанням фінансово-інвестиційної стійкості підприємств в умовах війни, цифровізації бізнес-процесів, трансформації логістичних маршрутів України, розвитку соціального підприємництва та використанню цифрових платформ для виходу українського малого і середнього бізнесу на європейський економічний простір.
Окремий інтерес викликали доповіді, присвячені розвитку туристичної та готельно-ресторанної сфери. Учасники обговорили роль гастрономічного туризму у популяризації місцевої кухні, значення туризму як інструменту розвитку регіонів, а також інноваційні тренди й діджиталізацію організації послуг готельного бізнесу. Значну увагу було приділено впливу цифровізації на стандартизацію бізнес-процесів у сфері туризму та сучасним підходам до управління підприємствами готельного й туристичного сервісу.
Жваве обговорення також викликали доповіді, присвячені нейромаркетингу, криптовалютам у сучасній фінансовій системі, кібербезпеці дистанційної роботи, інноваційним HR-технологіям та кроскультурному менеджменту у цифрову епоху. Особливу увагу учасників привернула доповідь, у якій було порушено проблему системних обмежень формальної освіти у підготовці менеджерів та розриву між формуванням «soft skills» і сучасними вимогами управлінської діяльності. Представлена тема викликала активну дискусію щодо необхідності адаптації освітніх програм до потреб сучасного ринку праці та розвитку практичних управлінських компетентностей у здобувачів освіти.
Студенти продемонстрували високий рівень підготовки, аналітичного мислення та зацікавленість у дослідженні актуальних економічних процесів. Представлені роботи поєднували теоретичні підходи із практичними аспектами функціонування сучасного бізнесу, фінансової системи, туристичної індустрії та економіки України загалом.
Усі учасники круглого столу були відзначені сертифікатами за активну участь у науковому заході, що стало приємним визнанням їхньої дослідницької роботи та наукових здобутків.

Science Day 2026 at the Department of Economics, Management and Finance of BSPU
On May 12, 2026, the Department of Economics, Management and Finance of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University hosted a round table discussion entitled “Current Issues and Prospects for the Development of Economics, Management and Finance” within the framework of the traditional Science Day.
The scientific event brought together undergraduate and graduate students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities enrolled in the educational programs “Management,” “Organization Management,” “Management of Hotel, Resort and Tourism Services,” “Business Economics,” and “Finance, Banking and Insurance.” The participants presented relevant research in the fields of economics, finance, management, tourism, digitalization, and human resource management.
During the round table discussion, participants addressed a number of important topics reflecting the current challenges faced by the Ukrainian economy and the global market. Particular attention was paid to the issues of financial and investment resilience of enterprises during wartime, digitalization of business processes, transformation of Ukraine’s logistics routes, development of social entrepreneurship, and the use of digital platforms to help Ukrainian small and medium-sized businesses enter the European economic space.
Special interest was generated by presentations devoted to the development of the tourism and hospitality industry. Participants discussed the role of gastronomic tourism in promoting local cuisine, the importance of tourism as a tool for regional development, as well as innovative trends and digitalization in hotel service management. Considerable attention was also paid to the impact of digitalization on the standardization of business processes in tourism and to modern approaches to managing hotel and tourism enterprises.
Lively discussions were also sparked by presentations on neuromarketing, cryptocurrencies in the modern financial system, cybersecurity in remote work, innovative HR technologies, and cross-cultural management in the digital era. Particular attention was drawn to a presentation addressing the problem of systemic limitations of formal education in managerial training and the gap between the development of soft skills and the modern requirements of management practice. The topic initiated an active discussion on the need to adapt educational programs to labor market demands and to develop practical managerial competencies among students.
The students demonstrated a high level of preparation, analytical thinking, and strong interest in researching current economic processes. The presented studies combined theoretical approaches with practical aspects of the functioning of modern business, the financial system, the tourism industry, and the Ukrainian economy as a whole.
All participants of the round table received certificates for their active participation in the scientific event, which became a pleasant recognition of their research work and academic achievements.
