10 березня 2026 року у Бердянському державному педагогічному університеті відбулася зустріч зі стейкхолдерами освітньо-професійних програм спеціальності D3 Менеджмент: ОПП «Менеджмент» другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти та ОПП «Менеджмент організацій» першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти.
Метою заходу було обговорення актуальних питань реалізації та подальшого удосконалення освітніх програм з урахуванням сучасних вимог ринку праці, потреб роботодавців і тенденцій розвитку управлінської діяльності. У зустрічі взяли участь представники роботодавців, науково-педагогічні працівники, випускники та здобувачі вищої освіти. Такий формат професійного діалогу сприяв конструктивному обговоренню питань, пов’язаних із підготовкою конкурентоспроможних фахівців, здатних ефективно здійснювати управлінську діяльність у сучасних соціально-економічних умовах.
Під час обговорення було проаналізовано зміст освітніх компонентів, рівень сформованості професійних компетентностей здобувачів освіти, а також можливості посилення практичної підготовки студентів.
Учасники зустрічі висловили конструктивні пропозиції щодо вдосконалення змісту освітньо-професійних програм, зокрема щодо оновлення змісту освітніх компонентів відповідно до сучасних тенденцій розвитку менеджменту та управління організаціями, розвиток цифрових компетентностей майбутніх менеджерів, інтеграцію сучасних інформаційних технологій та інструментів штучного інтелекту в освітній процес, посилення вивчення іноземних мов з професійною спрямованістю, розширення можливостей проходження практики та стажування, а також підвищення рівня практичної підготовки здобувачів освіти – залучення фахівців-практиків до проведення гостьових лекцій, тренінгів і майстер-класів, активізацію участі студентів у практикоорієнтованих проєктах.
Отримані рекомендації та пропозиції будуть враховані під час подальшого перегляду й оновлення освітньо-професійних програм. Проведення таких зустрічей є важливою складовою системи внутрішнього забезпечення якості вищої освіти та сприяє розвитку партнерської взаємодії між університетом, роботодавцями, випускниками та здобувачами освіти; традиційною складовою таких заходів, що значно розширює формат професійного діалогу, і цього разу стало проведення опитування роботодавців, випускників та здобувачів освітніх програм, спрямованого на визначення рівня задоволеності змістом освітніх програм, їхньої практичної спрямованості та відповідності сучасним вимогам ринку праці.
Підтримка постійного діалогу зі стейкхолдерами дозволяє своєчасно реагувати на зміни у професійному середовищі, удосконалювати освітні програми та забезпечувати підготовку висококваліфікованих конкурентоспроможних фахівців у сфері менеджменту, здатних успішно реалізовувати професійний потенціал у різних галузях економіки та управління.

Dialogue with Stakeholders on Improving the Educational Programs of the D3 Management Specialty
On March 10, 2026, a meeting with stakeholders of the educational and professional programs of the D3 Management specialty was held at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. The meeting focused on the Educational and Professional Program (EPP) “Management” at the second (Master’s) level of higher education and the EPP “Management of Organizations” at the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education.
The purpose of the event was to discuss current issues related to the implementation and further improvement of the educational programs, taking into account modern labor market requirements, employers’ needs, and current trends in management development. The meeting brought together representatives of employers, academic staff, alumni, and students. This format of professional dialogue facilitated a constructive discussion on the training of competitive specialists capable of effectively carrying out managerial activities in modern socio-economic conditions.
During the discussion, the participants analyzed the content of the educational components, the level of development of professional competencies among students, and the possibilities of strengthening the practical training of students.
The participants expressed constructive proposals for improving the content of the educational and professional programs, including updating the educational components in accordance with modern trends in management and organizational governance; developing digital competencies of future managers; integrating modern information technologies and artificial intelligence tools into the educational process; strengthening the study of foreign languages with a professional focus; expanding opportunities for internships and practical training; and increasing the overall level of practical training of students. In addition, it was proposed to involve industry practitioners in delivering guest lectures, training sessions, and master classes, as well as to enhance students’ participation in practice-oriented projects.
The recommendations and proposals received will be taken into account during the further review and updating of the educational and professional programs. Holding such meetings is an important component of the internal quality assurance system in higher education and contributes to the development of partnership cooperation between the university, employers, alumni, and students. A traditional component of such events, which significantly expands the format of professional dialogue, was also implemented this time: a survey of employers, alumni, and students aimed at determining their level of satisfaction with the content of the educational programs, their practical orientation, and their compliance with modern labor market requirements.
Maintaining continuous dialogue with stakeholders makes it possible to respond promptly to changes in the professional environment, improve educational programs, and ensure the training of highly qualified and competitive specialists in the field of management who are capable of successfully realizing their professional potential in various sectors of the economy and management.
