14 листопада 2025 року молоді дослідники освітньо-професійної програми «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування» Бердянського державного педагогічного університету взяли активну участь у Міжнародній науково-практичній конференції «Економіко-правові, управлінсько-технологічні та соціально-психологічні виміри сьогодення: молодіжний погляд». У межах секції «Фінанси, облік та аудит в контексті сучасних ризиків та економічних загроз» свої дослідницькі напрацювання представили Лук’янчук Тетяна та Отрох Євгеній – здобувачі другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти.
У дослідженні Тетяни Лук’янчук щодо ідентифікації основних загроз та ризиків фінансовій безпеці підприємства кондитерської галузі визначено ключові ризики діяльності підприємств галузі та підкреслено важливість системного моніторингу фінансових загроз.
Євгеній Отрох у науковій роботі щодо оцінювання факторного впливу на фінансові показники підприємств курортно-рекреаційної індустрії в межах антикризового менеджменту представив результати аналізу чинників, що визначають фінансову стійкість підприємств, та окреслив напрями вдосконалення антикризових заходів.
Проведення досліджень здобувачами вищої освіти та подання матеріалів до збірника тез доповідей є важливою складовою підготовки здобувачів за ОПП «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування», оскільки сприяє розвитку дослідницьких та аналітичних компетентностей, удосконаленню навичок роботи з науковою інформацією та підвищує мотивацію до подальших наукових пошуків.
Участь у подібних наукових ініціативах підсилює практичну складову освітнього процесу, забезпечує поєднання теорії та сучасних викликів фінансової сфери, формує конкурентоспроможність майбутніх фахівців.

Enhancing professional competencies of students in the educational and professional programme “Finance, banking and insurance” through participation in international scientific events
On 14 November 2025, young researchers of the Educational and Professional Programme “Finance, Banking and Insurance” at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University took an active part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Economic-Legal, Managerial-Technological and Socio-Psychological Dimensions of Today: A Youth Perspective.” Within the section “Finance, Accounting and Auditing in the Context of Contemporary Risks and Economic Threats,” their research findings were presented by Tetiana Lukianchuk and Yevhenii Otrokh, master’s degree students.
In her research on identifying key threats and risks to the financial security of enterprises in the confectionery industry, Tetiana Lukianchuk outlined the main risk factors affecting the sector and emphasised the importance of systematic monitoring of financial threats.
Yevhenii Otrokh, in his scientific work assessing factor influence on the financial indicators of enterprises in the resort and recreation industry within the framework of crisis management, presented the results of analysing the determinants of financial stability and outlined directions for improving anti-crisis measures.
Conducting research and submitting materials to the conference proceedings are important components of preparing students under the Educational and Professional Programme “Finance, Banking and Insurance,” as these activities foster the development of research and analytical competencies, improve skills in working with scientific information, and increase motivation for further academic exploration.
Participation in such scientific initiatives strengthens the practical component of the educational process, ensures the integration of theory with current challenges in the financial sector, and enhances the competitiveness of future professionals.
