Бердянський державний педагогічний університет продовжує утверджувати свою активну позицію в національному культурно-освітньому просторі. Завідувачка кафедри хореографії та фітнесу, кандидатка педагогічних наук, доцентка Юлія Тараненко з кінця 2025 року є учасницею всеукраїнської стратегічної ініціативи «ТанцПлан України» та членкинею робочих груп кількох напрямів. Ініціатива започаткована Віктором Рубаном, співзасновником і представником БО «МБФ Імпульс Трансформація Платформа», представником України у Європейському Парламенті Культури.
Минулого тижня в Українському кризовому медіа-центрі (м. Київ) відбулася прес-конференція-презентація ініціативи «ТанцПлан України». Юлія Тараненко виступила спікеркою, представляючи тимчасово переміщений заклад вищої освіти — Бердянський державний педагогічний університет.
Особливої ваги набуває той факт, що саме представниця переміщеного університету долучена до формування стратегічного бачення розвитку танцю в Україні. Це засвідчує не лише професійний авторитет фахівців БДПУ, а й лідерську позицію університету серед закладів, які попри складні обставини продовжують забезпечувати якісну підготовку майбутніх хореографів та активно впливають на процеси у сфері культури й мистецтва.
Під час заходу було презентовано концепцію ініціативи, її стратегічні цілі та принципи діяльності, а також дев’ять напрямів роботи, сформованих у результаті консультацій із професійною танцювальною спільнотою. Координаторами робочих груп є Віктор Рубан, Світлана Олексюк, Кристина Шишкарьова, Лілія Козинко, Олександр Плахотнюк, Данило Зубков, Наталя Терешенко та Олександр Маншилін. Учасники окреслили ключові виклики галузі та визначили системні підходи до їх подолання.
У своєму виступі Юлія Тараненко акцентувала увагу на викликах, з якими стикаються тимчасово переміщені заклади освіти, підкреслила важливість збереження кадрового потенціалу та освітніх програм у сфері хореографії, а також подякувала колегам за підтримку й співпрацю.
Участь БДПУ в «ТанцПлані України» — це свідчення професійної стійкості, стратегічного мислення та готовності брати відповідальність за майбутнє українського танцю навіть у найскладніші часи.

Danceplan of Ukraine — a joint strategy for the development of dance
Berdyansk State Pedagogical University continues to strengthen its active position within the national cultural and educational space. Since the end of 2025, Yuliia Taranenko, Head of the Department of Choreography and Fitness, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, has been a participant in the nationwide strategic initiative “DancePlan of Ukraine” and a member of several working groups. The initiative was launched by Viktor Ruban, co-founder and representative of the International Charitable Foundation Impulse Transformation Platform and representative of Ukraine in the European Parliament of Culture.
Last week, a press conference presenting the “DancePlan of Ukraine” initiative took place at the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center (Kyiv). Yuliia Taranenko served as a speaker, representing the temporarily relocated higher education institution — Berdyansk State Pedagogical University.
Of particular significance is the fact that a representative of a relocated university has been involved in shaping the strategic vision for the development of dance in Ukraine. This demonstrates not only the professional authority of BSPU specialists, but also the university’s leadership among institutions that, despite challenging circumstances, continue to provide high-quality training for future choreographers and actively influence processes in the field of culture and the arts.
During the event, the concept of the initiative, its strategic goals and principles of operation were presented, along with nine areas of activity developed through consultations with the professional dance community. The coordinators of the working groups include Viktor Ruban, Svitlana Oleksiuk, Kristina Shyshkariova, Liliia Kozynko, Oleksandr Plakhotniuk, Danylo Zubkov, Nataliia Tereshchenko, and Oleksandr Manshylin. The participants outlined the key challenges facing the sector and identified systemic approaches to addressing them.
In her speech, Yuliia Taranenko emphasized the challenges faced by temporarily relocated educational institutions, highlighted the importance of preserving human resources and educational programs in the field of choreography, and expressed gratitude to her colleagues for their support and cooperation.
BSPU’s participation in “DancePlan of Ukraine” testifies to its professional resilience, strategic thinking, and readiness to take responsibility for the future of Ukrainian dance even in the most challenging times.
