Викладачки Бердянського державного педагогічного університету Анастасія Попова, Ганна Лопатіна та Наталя Цибуляк на запрошення Білефельдського університету (Німеччина) долучилися як зовнішні експертки до міжнародного проєкту IDEATE – Inclusive Digital Education and Teacher Empowerment Academy, що співфінансується програмою Erasmus+ Європейського Союзу.
IDEATE спрямований на розвиток інклюзивної цифрової освіти та підвищення професійної спроможності вчителів. Проєкт відповідає на актуальні виклики європейської освіти: старіння педагогічних кадрів, дефіцит учителів окремих спеціальностей, потребу в розвитку інклюзивних і цифрових компетентностей, а також зниження престижу педагогічної професії.
У межах проєкту розробляється акредитований курс для майбутніх і практикуючих педагогів, передбачено міжуніверситетську співпрацю та академічні мобільності. Важливим компонентом є впровадження цифрових інструментів та створення цілісної цифрової навчальної екосистеми, що забезпечує адаптивний, інтерактивний і персоналізований освітній досвід із використанням елементів штучного інтелекту та гейміфікації та включатиме шість ключових компонентів: Education Management Hub (центр управління освітою), Learning Content Hub (центр навчального контенту), Community Hub (центр професійної спільноти), Lifelong Learning Network (мережа навчання впродовж життя), Gamification Engine (механізм гейміфікації) та Adaptive Learning System (адаптивна система навчання). Також передбачено розроблення відкритих освітніх ресурсів і підтримку професійного розвитку педагогів.
Окрема увага приділяється підвищенню професійної впевненості та благополуччя вчителів як важливій складовій сталого розвитку освітніх систем.
Участь представниць БДПУ як зовнішніх експертів є підтвердженням високого рівня експертизи університету та важливим кроком до розширення міжнародної співпраці у сфері інклюзивної та цифрової освіти.

BSPU faculty members as external experts of the european IDEATE project
Faculty members of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University – Anastasiia Popova, Hanna Lopatina, and Nataliia Tsybuliak – at the invitation of Bielefeld University (Germany), joined the international project IDEATE – Inclusive Digital Education and Teacher Empowerment Academy as external experts. The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
IDEATE aims to advance inclusive digital education and strengthen teachers’ professional capacity. The project addresses pressing challenges in European education, including the ageing teaching workforce, shortages of teachers in specific subject areas, the need to develop inclusive and digital competences, and the declining prestige of the teaching profession.
Within the project, an accredited course for pre-service and in-service teachers is being developed, alongside cross-university cooperation and academic mobility activities. A key component is the implementation of digital tools and the creation of an integrated digital learning ecosystem designed to provide an adaptive, interactive, and personalized learning experience through the use of artificial intelligence and gamification elements.
The platform will include six core components: the Education Management Hub, Learning Content Hub, Community Hub, Lifelong Learning Network, Gamification Engine, and Adaptive Learning System. The project also предусматриes the development of Open Educational Resources (OER) and support for teachers’ continuous professional development.
Special attention is given to enhancing teachers’ professional self-efficacy and well-being as essential elements of sustainable educational systems.
The participation of BSPU representatives as external experts confirms the high level of the university’s expertise and represents an important step toward expanding international cooperation in the fields of inclusive and digital education.
