23 жовтня у межах проведення тижня педагогіки на факультеті психолого-педагогічної освіти та мистецтв Бердянського державного педагогічного університету відбувся інтерактивний воркшоп «Теорія поколінь: як знайти спільну мову», який провела PhD, доцентка кафедри педагогіки Надія Діра.
Метою заходу було формування розуміння особливостей різних поколінь – від Baby Boomers до Alpha та пошук шляхів ефективної взаємодії між ними в сучасному освітньому середовищі. Під час воркшопу учасники у цікавій інтерактивній формі досліджували особливості цінностей, стилів мислення та комунікації представників різних поколінь. Теоретичні акценти поєднувалися з практичними вправами, обговореннями та короткими інтерактивами, які допомагали відчути, як відмінності поколінь проявляються у навчанні, спілкуванні й професійній діяльності.
Захід створив простір для діалогу та розуміння, адже, попри різницю у віці, кожне покоління має власний внесок і спільне прагнення до розвитку, поваги та співпраці.

Interactive workshop “The Theory of Generations: How to Find a Common Language”
On October 23, as part of Pedagogy Week at the Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, an interactive workshop entitled “The Theory of Generations: How to Find a Common Language” was held by Dr. Nadiia Dira, PhD, Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy.
The purpose of the event was to develop an understanding of the characteristics of different generations – from Baby Boomers to Generation Alpha – and to explore effective ways of interaction among them in the modern educational environment. During the workshop, participants explored the values, thinking styles, and communication patterns of various generations through engaging interactive activities. Theoretical insights were combined with practical exercises, discussions, and short interactive tasks that helped participants experience how generational differences manifest in learning, communication, and professional contexts.
The event created a space for dialogue and mutual understanding, emphasizing that despite age differences, each generation contributes its unique strengths and shares a common aspiration for growth, respect, and cooperation.
