У Бердянському державному педагогічному університеті відбувся захист кваліфікаційних робіт здобувачів першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти спеціальності 073 Менеджмент освітньо-професійної програми «Менеджмент готельного, курортного та туристичного сервісу».
Захист став підсумком багаторічного навчання та важливим етапом професійного становлення майбутніх фахівців сфери гостинності, туризму та сервісу. Під час засідання Екзаменаційної комісії випускники продемонстрували ґрунтовні знання, сформовані професійні компетентності, здатність до аналітичного мислення та вміння застосовувати сучасні управлінські підходи для розв’язання актуальних завдань підприємств готельного, курортного та туристичного бізнесу.
Тематика кваліфікаційних робіт була присвячена актуальним питанням розвитку сфери послуг та охоплювала проблематику управління людським капіталом підприємств, удосконалення систем управління ресторанним сервісом у готельних підприємствах, мотивації персоналу туристичних компаній, управління якістю обслуговування в готельному бізнесі, розроблення маркетингових стратегій для підприємств сфери послуг, а також стратегічного розвитку готельних підприємств в умовах сучасних викликів .
Представлені дослідження відзначалися актуальністю, практичною спрямованістю та відповідністю сучасним тенденціям розвитку індустрії гостинності. У своїх доповідях здобувачі освіти продемонстрували вміння проводити аналіз діяльності підприємств, обґрунтовувати управлінські рішення та розробляти рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності функціонування організацій сфери гостинності й туризму.
Члени Екзаменаційної комісії високо оцінили рівень підготовки випускників, відзначили їхню наукову активність, професійну зрілість та готовність до подальшої практичної діяльності.

A New Generation of Hospitality Managers: Results of the Bachelor’s Qualification Thesis Defenses
At Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, the defense of qualification theses was held for students pursuing the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education in Specialty 073 Management under the Educational and Professional Program “Management of Hotel, Resort and Tourism Services”.
The defense marked the culmination of several years of study and an important stage in the professional development of future specialists in hospitality, tourism, and service industries. During the meeting of the Examination Board, graduates demonstrated solid knowledge, well-developed professional competencies, analytical thinking skills, and the ability to apply modern management approaches to addressing current challenges faced by enterprises in the hotel, resort, and tourism sectors.
The topics of the qualification theses focused on current issues in the development of the service industry and covered such areas as human capital management in service enterprises, improvement of restaurant service management systems in hotel businesses, staff motivation in travel companies, service quality management in the hotel industry, development of marketing strategies for service enterprises, as well as the strategic development of hotel enterprises under contemporary challenges.
The presented studies were characterized by their relevance, practical orientation, and alignment with modern trends in the hospitality industry. In their presentations, students demonstrated the ability to analyze business operations, substantiate managerial decisions, and develop recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of hospitality and tourism organizations.
The members of the Examination Board highly appreciated the level of graduates’ training, noting their academic engagement, professional maturity, and readiness for further practical activities.
