Сьогодні, 31 березня 2026 року, для здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності С7 Журналістика відбулася відкрита лекція доцента кафедри української мови та журналістики Анжеліки Шульженко. Тема зустрічі – «Українські та міжнародні інформаційні агентства під час війни: специфіка роботи та медіавплив» – стала платформою для глибокого аналізу трансформацій, яких зазнала сучасна медіасистема під впливом глобального збройного конфлікту.
Під час лекції Анжеліка Шульженко зосередила увагу на стратегічній ролі національних інформаційних агентств, зокрема Укрінформу та УНІАН. Було проаналізовано, як вітчизняні медійники вибудовують систему верифікації контенту в режимі реального часу та протидіють дезінформаційним хвилям. Особливий акцент лекторка зробила на етичних аспектах: як зберегти професійні стандарти точності та об’єктивності, коли інформація стає елементом національної безпеки.
Окремий блок заняття був присвячений аналізу діяльності світових медіагігантів: Reuters, Associated Press та AFP. Доповідачка продемонструвала на конкретних кейсах, як фреймування подій у міжнародних стрічках новин впливає на формування світового порядку денного та міжнародну підтримку України. Студенти мали змогу обговорити феномен «економіки уваги» та механізми, за допомогою яких короткі новинні повідомлення трансформуються у політичні рішення та гуманітарні ініціативи на глобальному рівні.
Завершилася лекція активною дискусією про майбутнє професії. Анжеліка Шульженко підкреслила, що для сучасного журналіста критично важливим є не лише володіння технологіями швидкої передачі даних, а й глибока медіаграмотність та усвідомлення власної відповідальності за кожне оприлюднене слово. Зустріч стала важливим етапом у підготовці майбутніх фахівців, здатних професійно працювати в умовах екстремальних викликів сучасності.

Information Front: How World and Ukrainian Agencies Work in Wartime
Today, March 31, 2026, an open lecture by Associate Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Language and Journalism Anzhelika Shulzhenko was held for higher education applicants in the C7 Journalism specialty. The topic of the meeting – “Ukrainian and International Information Agencies During Wartime: Specifics of Work and Media Influence” – became a platform for an in-depth analysis of the transformations that the modern media system has undergone under the influence of the global armed conflict.
During the lecture, Anzhelika Shulzhenko focused on the strategic role of national information agencies, in particular Ukrinform and UNIAN. It was analyzed how domestic media professionals build a real-time content verification system and counteract disinformation waves. The lecturer placed special emphasis on ethical aspects: how to maintain professional standards of accuracy and objectivity when information becomes an element of national security.
A separate block of the lesson was devoted to the analysis of the activities of world media giants: Reuters, Associated Press and AFP. The speaker demonstrated using specific cases how the framing of events in international news feeds affects the formation of the world agenda and international support for Ukraine. Students had the opportunity to discuss the phenomenon of the “attention economy” and the mechanisms by which short news messages are transformed into political decisions and humanitarian initiatives at the global level.
The lecture ended with an active discussion about the future of the profession. Anzhelika Shulzhenko emphasized that for a modern journalist, it is critically important not only to master the technologies of fast data transmission, but also to have deep media literacy and awareness of one’s own responsibility for every word published. The meeting became an important stage in the preparation of future specialists capable of working professionally in the conditions of extreme challenges of modernity.
