У межах програми Erasmus+ (напрям KA171) доцентка кафедри психології факультету ППОМ, гарантка ОПП «Психологія тренінгової роботи» Ольга Фролова відвідала провідні заклади вищої освіти Польщі — Сілезьку академію (Academy of Silesia) в Катовіце та Академію прикладних наук – Академію управління та адміністрування (Academy of Applied Sciences – Academy of Management and Administration) в Ополе.
Академічний візит тривав з 4 по 15 травня 2026 року, під час якого відбулася офіційна зустріч з ректором Сілезької академії доктором наук, професором Александром Остендою. Під час зустрічі обговорили подальший розвиток академічної співпраці та приділили особливу увагу викликам, які долає переміщений через війну український університет.
Окрім офіційних зустрічей, візит мав потужну практичну складову. Ольга Фролова провела для польських студентів спеціальності «Менеджмент» серію семінарів із підприємництва. Головна особливість занять полягала у поєднанні бізнес-технологій із психологічними підходами до розвитку особистості та бізнес-мислення, що викликало жваві дискусії в аудиторії. Також майбутні польські фахівці отримали індивідуальні психологічні консультації від української психологині.
Європейський вектор розвитку кафедри психології забезпечує перехід до сучасних міжнародних стандартів вищої освіти. Це суттєво підвищує конкурентоспроможність фахової підготовки українських психологів, які сьогодні вчаться ефективно працювати в умовах глобальних кризових викликів як на вітчизняному, так і на міжнародному ринках праці.

International Mobility: The European Development Vector of the Psychology Department at BSPU
As part of the Erasmus+ program (KA171 action), Olga Frolova—an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology (Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts) and coordinator of the “Psychology of Training Work” educational program—visited leading higher education institutions in Poland: the Academy of Silesia in Katowice and the Academy of Applied Sciences (Academy of Management and Administration) in Opole.
The academic visit took place from May 4 to May 15, 2026, and included an official meeting with the Rector of the Academy of Silesia, Professor Aleksander Ostenda. During the meeting, the parties discussed the future development of academic and educational cooperation and paid special attention to the challenges facing the Ukrainian university following its forced relocation due to the war.
In addition to official meetings, the visit included a significant practical component. Olha Frolova conducted a series of entrepreneurship seminars for Polish students majoring in Management. A key feature of the sessions was the integration of business techniques with psychological approaches to personal and business mindset development, which sparked lively discussions among the participants. The Polish students also had the opportunity to receive individual psychological consultations from the Ukrainian psychologist.
The Department of Psychology’s European development trajectory facilitates the transition to modern international standards. This significantly enhances the competitiveness of the professional training provided to Ukrainian psychologists, who are learning to work effectively amidst global crises in both domestic and international labor markets.
