Кілька днів тому я отримала листа від Української академії лідерства з підтвердженням моєї участі у програмі UA.Ментор. Для мене це було справжнім подарунком – шанс стати частиною спільноти, яка формує нове покоління лідерів.
Стартовий модуль програми для майбутніх менторів відбувся в кампусі Української академії лідерства у Львові. Вже с першого дня учасники школи занурилися в неймовірну атмосферу: знайомство з учасниками, розмова про цінності сучасної молоді, лекція про рефлексію, відвідання Zenyk Art Gallery та ознайомлення з експозицією «Він: Тарас Шевченко. Художник». А ввечері ми створили власну експозицію «Автопортрети менторів».
Другий день був ще більш насиченим. Ми говорили про покоління сучасних студентів, про роль особистості й ментора у часи змін, які очікують на нашу державу. Керівники школи представили бачення менторства, а завершенням стала колективна рефлексія, яка допомогла осмислити все пережите.
Для мене ця школа – не просто навчання. Це простір, де я відкриваю себе, вчуся слухати інших і розуміти, як мої знання та досвід можуть стати підтримкою для підростаючого покоління. І я вже чекаю наступних модулів, щоб зробити ще один крок до усвідомленого лідерства.

My introduction to the school of leadership
A few days ago, I received a letter from the Ukrainian Leadership Academy confirming my participation in the UA.Mentor program. For me, it was a true gift – a chance to become part of a community that shapes a new generation of leaders.
The opening module of the program for future mentors took place at the Ukrainian Leadership Academy campus in Lviv. From the very first day, participants of the school were immersed in an incredible atmosphere: meeting each other, discussing the values of modern youth, attending a lecture on reflection, visiting the Zenyk Art Gallery, and exploring the exhibition “He: Taras Shevchenko. The Artist.” In the evening, we even created our own exhibition “Mentors’ Self‑Portraits.”
The second day was even more intense. We spoke about the generation of today’s students, about the role of personality and mentor in times of change awaiting our country. The school’s leaders presented their vision of mentorship, and the module concluded with a collective reflection that helped us comprehend everything we had experienced.
For me, this school is not just about learning. It is a space where I discover myself, learn to listen to others, and understand how my knowledge and experience can become support for the younger generation. And I am already looking forward to the next modules to take another step toward conscious leadership.
