23 та 29 квітня 2026 року відбувся онлайн-курс «Visual Storytelling», присвячений мистецтву створення фотографій, що передають ідеї, історії та емоційний вплив. Захід пройшов за участі міжнародних спікерів — Neil Bennett та Tim Winkler, які поділилися своїм професійним досвідом у сфері візуальної комунікації.
Під час курсу учасники ознайомилися з ключовими принципами фотографії, зокрема роботою зі світлом, композицією, фіксацією вирішального моменту, технічним контролем та сторітелінгом як інструментом впливу. Окрему увагу було приділено практичним аспектам створення візуального контенту, який здатен формувати емоції та передавати зміст без слів.
Заняття проходили у форматі онлайн-зустрічей із презентаціями та інтерактивним обговоренням. Учасники мали можливість не лише слухати лекції, а й ставити запитання, аналізувати приклади та вдосконалювати власні навички.
Курс став корисною платформою для студентів, які цікавляться медіа, журналістикою та візуальним контентом, адже дозволив отримати сучасні знання від практиків міжнародного рівня та поглибити розуміння ролі візуальних історій у сучасному інформаційному просторі.

International course on visual storytelling brought together students and experts
On April 23 and 29, an online course «Visual Storytelling» was held, dedicated to the art of creating photographs that convey ideas, stories and emotional impact. The event was attended by international speakers — Neil Bennett and Tim Winkler, who shared their professional experience in the field of visual communication.
During the course, participants were introduced to the key principles of photography, including working with light, composition, capturing the decisive moment, technical control and storytelling as a tool of influence. Special attention was paid to the practical aspects of creating visual content that is able to form emotions and convey meaning without words.
The classes were held in the format of online meetings with presentations and interactive discussions. Participants had the opportunity not only to listen to lectures, but also to ask questions, analyze examples and improve their own skills.
The course has become a useful platform for students interested in media, journalism, and visual content, as it has allowed them to gain up-to-date knowledge from international practitioners and deepen their understanding of the role of visual stories in the modern information space.
