02 квітня доцентка кафедри педагогіки факультету психолого-педагогічної освіти та мистецтв Бердянського державного педагогічного університету Надія Діра провела гостьову лекцію в онлайн-форматі для здобувачів вищої освіти Центральноукраїнського державного університету імені Володимира Винниченка в межах міжуніверситетської співпраці. Захід був присвячений актуальній темі «Перше реагування при посттравматичному та гострому стресовому розладі» і спрямований на підвищення професійної компетентності фахівців у сфері психологічної підтримки.
Учасники мали змогу не лише ознайомитися з теоретичними основами посттравматичного стресового розладу (ПТСР) та гострого стресового розладу (ГСР), а й відпрацювати практичні навички реагування у ситуаціях взаємодії з людьми, які пережили травматичні події. Особлива увага приділялася формуванню здатності фахівця діяти впевнено, коректно та чуйно в умовах підвищеного емоційного напруження. Показово, що лекція була побудована за принципом «навчання через досвід»: теоретичний матеріал органічно поєднувався з практичними вправами, що дало змогу учасникам не лише почути, а й відчути та осмислити отримані знання.
Проведена зустріч сприяла підвищенню обізнаності учасників щодо особливостей переживання травматичних подій, розвитку практичних навичок надання своєчасної психологічної підтримки, а також зміцненню міжуніверситетських зв’язків у сфері підготовки фахівців психолого-педагогічного профілю. Такий формат гостьових лекцій є прикладом сучасної педагогічної практики, що виходить за межі аудиторії одного університету і збагачує освітній простір через живий обмін досвідом між науковцями та здобувачами. Подібні заходи є важливим кроком до формування в академічній спільноті культури психологічної грамотності, що сьогодні, в умовах воєнного часу, набуває особливого значення.

Interuniversity cooperation in action: a guest lecture on support in stressful conditions
On April 2, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, Nadiia Dira, delivered an online guest lecture for higher education students of Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State University as part of interuniversity cooperation. The event focused on the актуальна topic «First Response to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Acute Stress Disorder (ASD)» and aimed to enhance the professional competence of specialists in the field of psychological support.
Participants had the opportunity not only to explore the theoretical foundations of PTSD and ASD but also to practice response strategies in situations involving interaction with individuals who have experienced traumatic events. Particular attention was paid to developing the ability of professionals to act confidently, appropriately, and empathetically under conditions of heightened emotional stress. Notably, the lecture followed the principle of «learning through experience»: theoretical material was seamlessly combined with practical exercises, allowing participants not only to hear but also to feel and reflect on the knowledge gained.
The session contributed to increasing participants’ awareness of the psychological impact of traumatic experiences, developing practical skills in providing timely psychological support, and strengthening interuniversity collaboration in training specialists in the psychological and pedagogical field. This format of guest lectures represents a modern educational practice that goes beyond the boundaries of a single institution and enriches the educational environment through active exchange of experience between scholars and students. Such initiatives are an important step toward fostering a culture of psychological literacy within the academic community – something that is especially vital in the context of wartime.
