Практична підготовка здобувачів другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти відіграє ключову роль у формуванні професійних компетентностей майбутніх фахівців фінансової сфери. Так, у період з 23 лютого по 21 березня 2026 року здійснено проходження виробничої практики здобувачами заочної форми навчання другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти ОПП «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування» Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Для здобувачів спеціальності D2 Фінанси, банківська справа, страхування та фондовий ринок галузі знань D Бізнес, адміністрування та право виробнича практика є важливим етапом підготовки, що забезпечує поєднання теоретичних знань із реальним досвідом професійної діяльності.
Організація та супровід виробничої практики магістрантів здійснювалися за участі к.е.н., доцента кафедри економіки, менеджменту та фінансів Костенко Г. П., що сприяло ефективній координації роботи здобувачів і забезпеченню належного рівня методичної підтримки під час виконання ними практичних завдань.
Практика відбувалася на базі установ та підприємств у різних регіонах України, що дозволило здобувачам ознайомитися з особливостями функціонування фінансової системи в різних економічних умовах. Зокрема, базами практики стали: ДПТНЗ «Івано-Франківський професійний ліцей автомобільного транспорту і будівництва», Запорізька головна дирекція ПрАТ «Страхова компанія «АРКС», Печерська філія ПАТ КБ «Приватбанк» відділення «Перемога», ТОВ «Онур Конструкціон Інтернешнл».
Під час практики магістранти виконували широкий спектр завдань, а саме, аналізували фінансову звітність й оцінювали фінансовий стан, брали участь у бюджетуванні, плануванні витрат, вивчали механізми банківського обслуговування та страхових операцій, а також особливості фінансового менеджменту підприємств (установ, організацій). Це сприяло розвитку аналітичного мислення, здатності працювати з фінансовими інструментами та приймати обґрунтовані управлінські рішення.
Захист звітів за результатами проходження виробничої практики відбувся 07 квітня 2026 року з використанням дистанційних технологій, що є свідченням адаптивності освітнього процесу до сучасних умов та цифровізації освіти. Здобувачі продемонстрували високий рівень підготовки, вміння презентувати результати своєї роботи та аргументовано обґрунтовувати отримані висновки.
Отже, практика є важливим етапом професійної підготовки здобувачів другого рівня вищої освіти за спеціальністю D2 Фінанси, банківська справа, страхування та фондовий ринок, оскільки забезпечує інтеграцію теоретичних знань із практичним досвідом, сприяє формуванню конкурентоспроможних фахівців та підвищує їх готовність до ефективної діяльності у фінансовій сфері.

Organization and results of practical training of second-cycle (master’s level) higher education students within the educational and professional program “Finance, banking and insurance”
Practical training of second-cycle (master’s level) higher education students plays a key role in the formation of professional competencies of future specialists in the financial sector. Thus, during the period from February 23 to March 21, 2026, part-time master’s students enrolled in the Educational and Professional Program “Finance, Banking and Insurance” at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University completed their internship. For students majoring in specialty D2 Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market within the field of knowledge D Business, Administration and Law, the internship is an important stage of training that ensures the integration of theoretical knowledge with real professional experience.
The organization and supervision of the internship were carried out with the participation of PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Management and Finance, G. Kostenko, which contributed to effective coordination of students’ activities and ensured an appropriate level of methodological support during the performance of practical tasks.
The internship took place at institutions and enterprises located in different regions of Ukraine, which allowed students to become familiar with the peculiarities of the functioning of the financial system under various economic conditions. In particular, the internship bases included: Ivano-Frankivsk Professional Lyceum of Automobile Transport and Construction, Zaporizhzhia Main Directorate of PJSC Insurance Company “ARX”, Pechersk branch of PJSC CB “PrivatBank” “Peremoha” department, and LLC “ONUR CONSTRUCTION INTERNATIONAL”.
During the internship, master’s students performed a wide range of tasks, namely: they analyzed financial statements and assessed financial conditions, participated in budgeting and cost planning, studied the mechanisms of banking services and insurance operations, as well as the specifics of financial management at enterprises (institutions and organizations). This contributed to the development of analytical thinking, the ability to work with financial instruments, and to make well-grounded managerial decisions.
The defense of internship reports took place on April 7, 2026, using дистанційних technologies, which demonstrates the adaptability of the educational process to modern conditions and the digitalization of education. Students demonstrated a high level of training, the ability to present the results of their work, and to substantiate their conclusions in a reasoned manner.
Thus, the internship is an important component of professional training of second-cycle higher education students in the specialty D2 Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market, as it ensures the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical experience, contributes to the formation of competitive specialists, and increases their readiness for effective professional activity in the financial sector.
