18 травня 2026 року кафедрою економіки, менеджменту та фінансів Бердянського державного педагогічного університету було організовано та проведено онлайн-зустріч на тему «Фінансовий консалтинг: як побудувати справу на все життя». Спікером заходу став Микола Наливайко – фінансовий радник, експерт з інвестицій, директор міжнародної консалтингової компанії ТОВ «ОВБ АЛФІНАНЦ УКРАЇНА».
Під час зустрічі учасники обговорили сучасні тенденції розвитку фінансового консалтингу, перспективи фінансового ринку в Україні та країнах Європи, особливості діяльності фінансового радника нового покоління, а також можливості професійного та кар’єрного розвитку у міжнародному середовищі. Особливу увагу спікер приділив питанням фінансової грамотності, інвестування, формування системного мислення у сфері фінансів та побудови довгострокової професійної діяльності.
Захід став надзвичайно цінним для здобувачів освітньо-професійної програми «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування», адже дозволив поєднати теоретичні знання із практичним досвідом фахівця фінансової сфери. Такі зустрічі сприяють формуванню професійних компетентностей, розвитку аналітичного мислення та підготовці конкурентоспроможних фахівців у сфері фінансів.

Professional development in the field of finance: a meeting of students of the educational program “finance, banking and insurance” with an industry expert
On May 18, 2026, the Department of Economics, Management and Finance of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University organized and held an online meeting on the topic “Financial Consulting: How to Build a Lifelong Business.” The speaker of the event was Mykola Nalyvaiko – a financial advisor, investment expert, and director of the international consulting company OVB ALFINANZ UKRAINE LLC.
During the meeting, participants discussed current trends in the development of financial consulting, prospects of the financial market in Ukraine and European countries, the specifics of the new-generation financial advisor profession, as well as opportunities for professional and career growth in an international environment. Special attention was paid to issues of financial literacy, investing, the development of systematic thinking in finance, and building long-term professional activity.
The event was extremely valuable for students of the Educational and Professional Program “Finance, Banking and Insurance,” as it enabled them to combine theoretical knowledge with the practical experience of a financial sector specialist. The information obtained was especially relevant within the study of the educational component “Investing” at the first level of higher education and the educational component “Analysis of Investment Projects” at the second level of higher education. Students had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of modern approaches to assessing financial opportunities, the specifics of working with investment instruments, the principles of building financial strategies, and the prospects for the development of investment consulting. Such meetings contribute to the development of professional competencies, analytical thinking, and the training of competitive specialists in the field of finance.
