11 березня 2026 року у Бердянському державному педагогічному університеті відбулася інформаційна зустріч здобувачів освіти з представниками міжнародної молодіжної організації AIESEC (м. Харків), присвячена можливостям участі у програмах міжнародного стажування.
Спікеркою заходу стала Інна Колеснікова – голова відділу зв’язків з громадськістю AIESEC м. Харків. Під час виступу вона ознайомила учасників із діяльністю організації, її основною місією та напрямами роботи, спрямованими на розвиток молоді, формування лідерських компетентностей і розширення міжкультурної взаємодії.
Особливу увагу було приділено програмам міжнародного стажування, які відкривають для студентської молоді можливості професійного зростання, набуття практичного досвіду в міжнародному середовищі та розвитку навичок міжкультурної комунікації. Учасники зустрічі дізналися про країни, у яких можна проходити стажування, особливості реалізації програм, а також про основні етапи подання заявки та проходження відбіркових процедур.
Крім того, спікерка акцентувала увагу на перевагах участі в міжнародних програмах для подальшого кар’єрного та особистісного розвитку молоді. Було підкреслено, що міжнародний досвід сприяє формуванню глобального мислення, розвитку професійних компетентностей, удосконаленню мовних навичок та розширенню мережі міжнародних контактів.
Проведення подібних заходів є важливим елементом підтримки академічної мобільності та інтернаціоналізації освітнього процесу, оскільки вони сприяють підвищенню поінформованості здобувачів освіти про можливості міжнародної співпраці, стажування та професійного розвитку.
Зустріч викликала значний інтерес серед здобувачів освіти та стала корисною платформою для обговорення перспектив участі української молоді у міжнародних освітніх і професійних програмах.

Expanding Opportunities for Academic Mobility: Meeting of BSPU Students with AIESEC Representatives
On March 11, 2026, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University hosted an informational meeting between students and representatives of the international youth organization AIESEC (Kharkiv), dedicated to opportunities for participation in international internship programs.
The speaker of the event was Inna Kolesnikova, Head of Public Relations at AIESEC Kharkiv. During her presentation, she introduced participants to the organization’s activities, its core mission, and key areas of work aimed at youth development, the formation of leadership competencies, and the expansion of intercultural cooperation.
Particular attention was given to international internship programs that provide students with opportunities for professional growth, gaining practical experience in an international environment, and developing intercultural communication skills. The participants of the meeting learned about the countries where internships are available, the specifics of program implementation, as well as the main stages of the application process and selection procedures.
In addition, the speaker emphasized the advantages of participating in international programs for the further career and personal development of young people. It was noted that international experience contributes to the formation of global thinking, the development of professional competencies, the improvement of language skills, and the expansion of international professional networks.
Holding such events is an important element in supporting academic mobility and the internationalization of the educational process, as they increase students’ awareness of opportunities for international cooperation, internships, and professional development.
The meeting generated significant interest among students and became a useful platform for discussing the prospects of Ukrainian youth participating in international educational and professional programs.
