11 червня 2026 року старший викладач кафедри психології ФППОМ Ганна Лисак взяла участь в онлайн-форумі успішних практик «Освіта, влада, бізнес: синергія заради майбутнього». Захід відбувся в межах проєкту DECIDE і об’єднав представників місцевого самоврядування, освіти та бізнесу Бердянської громади.
Під час виступу Ганна Лисак представила фаховий погляд психологічної спільноти на вибір професії. Вона зазначила, що цей процес є критично важливим для формування професійної ідентичності та успішної самореалізації особистості. Психолог наголосила на необхідності розвитку внутрішньої готовності молоді до вибору, що базується на вивченні індивідуальних нахилів та здібностей кожного учня.
Учасники форуму підкреслили, що синергія між громадою, освітою та роботодавцями допомагає молоді подолати психологічну невизначеність, краще зрозуміти вимоги ринку праці та свідомо планувати кар’єру.
Участь у форумі стала ще одним кроком до зміцнення партнерських зв’язків та розвитку ефективних профорієнтаційних практик, спрямованих на підтримку молоді у виборі майбутньої професії та побудові успішної кар’єри.

Participation in the Forum of Successful Practices of Career Guidance of the Berdyansk Territorial Community
On June 11, 2026, senior lecturer of the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of PPOM Hanna Lysak took part in the online forum of successful practices «Education, Government, Business: Synergy for the Future». The event was held within the framework of the DECIDE project and brought together representatives of local government, education and business of the Berdyansk community.
During her speech, Hanna Lysak presented the professional view of the psychological community on the choice of a profession. She noted that this process is critically important for the formation of professional identity and successful self-realization of the individual. The psychologist emphasized the need to develop the inner readiness of young people to make choices, based on studying the individual inclinations and abilities of each student.
The forum participants emphasized that synergy between community, education, and employers helps young people overcome psychological uncertainty, better understand market demands, and consciously plan their careers.
Participation in the forum was another step towards strengthening partnerships and developing effective career guidance practices aimed at supporting young people in choosing their future profession and building a successful career.
