12 червня 2026 року на соціально-гуманітарному факультеті Бердянського державного педагогічного університету відбулася важлива стратегічна зустріч, присвячена розвитку нової освітньо-наукової програми «Літературно-мистецький менеджмент». Організаторами і модераторами зустрічі виступили декан соціально-гуманітарного факультету і головна натхненниця запровадження програми, доцент Марина Богданова, гарант ОНП, доцент Табакова Ганна, а також робоча група розробників нової програми.
Ключовим завданням заходу став професійний діалог із широким колом зовнішніх та внутрішніх стейкголдерів. Університетська спільнота прагне зробити програму максимально актуальною, практико-орієнтованою та затребуваною на сучасному ринку праці, тому залучення експертів-практиків є невід’ємною частиною цього процесу. Декан познайомила стейкголдерів із основними напрямами роботи програми «Літературно-мистецький менеджмент», гарант розповіла про етапи розвитку програми від ідеї до втілення, а також презентувала безпосередньо зміст ОНП.
До обговорення долучилися провідні фахівці сфери культури, освіти, літератури та медіа з різних куточків України:
- Наталія Власова — директор-художній керівник Запорізького академічного обласного українського музично-драматичного театру імені В. Г. Магара;
- Неллі Крамаренко — директорка КУ «Міська публічна бібліотечна система м. Запоріжжя»;
- Тетяна Фурманова — начальник відділу освіти виконавчого комітету Бердянської міської ради;
- Вікторія Лихацька — SMM-менеджерка Міністерства культури України, коректорка, подкастерка, грантова координаторка;
- Віра Карасьова — провідний фахівець відділу промоції читання Українського інституту книги, кураторка Національного тижня читання;
- Тетяна Андруневчин — спеціаліст з бібліотечної роботи КУ «Центр культури і дозвілля Східницької ТГ»;
- Тетяна Іванова — директорка Культурно-мистецького центру (м. Боярка);
- Марина Бучакчийська — керівник відділу культури виконавчого комітету Бердянської міської ради;
- Лора Підгірна — письменниця, науковиця, голова ГО «Товариство Сонця та Місяця», авторка проєкту «Літературний туризм»;
- Тетяна Белімова — письменниця, лавреатка премії «Коронація слова», кандидатка філологічних наук, доцентка КНУ імені Тараса Шевченка;
- Іван Андрусяк — поет, дитячий письменник, літературний критик, керівник редакції видавництва «Навчальна книга – Богдан»;
- Артем Тищук — здобувач ІІІ освітньо-наукового рівня вищої освіти БДПУ (внутрішній стейкголдер).
«Літературно-мистецький менеджмент» — це відповідь на запит ринку: бібліотечних систем, культурних центрів, видавництв, театрів, громадських організацій, яким потрібні люди, що однаково добре почуваються і на творчому, і на організаційному полі. Учасники зустрічі зосередилися на аналізі змістового наповнення програми, обговоренні сучасних викликів у сфері літературно-мистецького менеджменту та визначенні компетенцій, якими мають володіти випускники для успішної реалізації проєктів у сфері культури. Зокрема, Неллі Крамаренко наголосила на важливості розвитку у майбутніх випускників програми навичок комунікації, розуміння потреб сучасних читачів, а Вікторія Лихацька та Віра Карасьова закликали зосередилися на цифровому вимірі роботи та просуванні читання як культурної практики. Зустріч вкотре довела, що сучасний арт-менеджер має бути не лише знавцем сучасних мистецьких і літературних тенденцій, а й людиною, що вміє говорити із суспільством у соціальних мережах і залучати аудиторію до культурного процесу.
Така широка палітра думок дозволить робочій групі програми збалансувати теоретичну підготовку з реальними потребами галузі. Бердянський державний педагогічний університет продовжує впевнено тримати курс на якісну освіту, що відповідає європейським стандартам та запитам часу.

Areas of development: the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Berdiansk State Pedagogical University discussed the «Literature and Arts Management» educational and research programme
On 12 June 2026, an important strategic meeting dedicated to the development of the new educational and research programme “Literary and Art Management” took place at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Berdiansk State Pedagogical University. The meeting was organised and moderated by the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and the main driving force behind the programme’s introduction, Associate Professor Marina Bogdanova, the programme’s guarantor, Associate Professor Anna Tabakova, and the working group of developers for the new programme.
The key objective of the event was to foster professional dialogue with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders. The university community aims to make the programme as relevant, practice-oriented and in-demand as possible in today’s labour market; therefore, engaging expert practitioners is an integral part of this process. The Dean introduced the stakeholders to the main areas of focus of the “Literature and Arts Management” programme, the programme coordinator outlined the stages of the programme’s development from concept to implementation, and also presented the content of the National Qualification Framework (NQF) directly.
Leading specialists in the fields of culture, education, literature and media from across Ukraine joined the discussion:
- Natalia Vlasova — Director and Artistic Director of the V. G. Magar Zaporizhzhia Academic Regional Ukrainian Music and Drama Theatre;
- Nelly Kramarenko — Director of the Municipal Public Library System of Zaporizhzhia;
- Tetyana Furmanova — Head of the Education Department of the Executive Committee of the Berdiansk City Council;
- Viktoria Lykhatska — SMM manager at the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, proofreader, podcaster, grant coordinator;
- Vira Karasova — leading specialist in the Reading Promotion Department, curator of National Reading Week;
- Tetyana Andrunevchyn — Library Specialist at the ‘Centre for Culture and Leisure of the Skhidnytsia Territorial Community’;
- Tetyana Ivanova — Director of the Cultural and Arts Centre (Boyarka);
- Marina Buchakchyska — Head of the Culture Department of the Executive Committee of the Berdiansk City Council;
- Lora Pidgirna — writer, academic, Chair of the NGO ‘Society of the Sun and Moon’, author of the ‘Literary Tourism’ project;
- Tetiana Belimova — writer, winner of the ‘Coronation of the Word’ award, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv;
- Ivan Andrusiak — poet, children’s writer, literary critic, editorial director of the ‘Navchalna Knyha – Bohdan’ publishing house;
- Artem Tyschuk — PhD candidate at BDPU (internal stakeholder).
“Literature and Arts Management” is a response to market demand: from library systems, cultural centres, publishing houses, theatres and community organisations, all of which require people who are equally at home in both the creative and organisational spheres. The meeting participants focused on analysing the programme’s content, discussing current challenges in the field of “Literature and Arts Management”, and identifying the skills graduates need to successfully implement cultural projects. In particular, Nelly Kramarenko emphasised the importance of developing communication skills and an understanding of the needs of modern readers among future graduates of the programme, whilst Viktoria Lykhatska and Vira Karasyova called for a focus on the digital dimension of the work and the promotion of reading as a cultural practice. The meeting once again demonstrated that a modern arts manager must not only be well-versed in contemporary artistic and literary trends, but also be someone who can engage with the public on social media and draw audiences into the cultural process.
Such a broad range of views will enable the programme’s working group to balance theoretical training with the real needs of the sector. Berdiansk State Pedagogical University continues to confidently pursue a course of high-quality education that meets European standards and the demands of the times.
