У Бердянському державному педагогічному університеті відбувся захист науково-виробничої практики здобувачів другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти освітньо-наукової програми «Літературно-мистецький менеджмент».
У межах звітної процедури здобувачі представили результати виконання індивідуальних програм практики, що передбачали поєднання науково-дослідної діяльності з практичним досвідом у сфері культурно-мистецького менеджменту. Доповіді супроводжувалися презентаціями, аналітичними матеріалами та прикладами змодельованих проєктів.
Особливу увагу під час захисту було приділено рівню сформованості фахових компетентностей, здатності здобувачів до самостійного наукового пошуку, критичного аналізу інформації, а також ефективного застосування теоретичних знань у практичній площині. Представлені результати засвідчили належний рівень підготовки магістрантів і їхню готовність до подальшої професійної та наукової діяльності.
Члени комісії відзначили актуальність тематики досліджень, практичну значущість отриманих результатів і високий рівень презентаційних навичок здобувачів.
Захист науково-виробничої практики підтвердив ефективність підготовки фахівців за освітньо-науковою програмою «Літературно-мистецький менеджмент» та відповідність освітнього процесу сучасним вимогам розвитку літературно-мистецької сфери.

Defense of Research and Production Practice of Second-Level Higher Education Students of the Educational and Scientific Program “Literary and Artistic Management”
At Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, the defense of research and production practice of students pursuing the second (master’s) level of higher education within the educational and scientific program “Literary and Artistic Management” took place.
As part of the reporting procedure, the students presented the results of their individual practice programs, which combined research activities with practical experience in the field of cultural and artistic management. The presentations were accompanied by slides, analytical materials, and examples of modeled projects.
Particular attention during the defense was paid to the level of development of professional competencies, the students’ ability to conduct independent research, critically analyze information, and effectively apply theoretical knowledge in practice. The presented results demonstrated a high level of preparation of the master’s students and their readiness for further professional and academic activities.
The members of the commission noted the relevance of the research topics, the practical significance of the obtained results, and the high level of presentation skills demonstrated by the students.
The defense of the research and production practice confirmed the effectiveness of training specialists within the educational and scientific program “Literary and Artistic Management” and the compliance of the educational process with modern requirements for the development of the literary and artistic field.
