У межах забезпечення якості вищої освіти та вдосконалення освітніх програм відбулася зустріч стейкхолдерів щодо обговорення проєкту освітньо-професійної програми «Фізична культура і спорт» другого (магістерського) рівня за спеціальністю А7 Фізична культура і спорт на 2026 рік.
Гарантом освітньо-професійної програми є професор Сергій Кушнірюк, який координує процес її оновлення відповідно до сучасних вимог.
До обговорення проєкту ОПП долучилися провідні фахівці галузі, зокрема: завідувачка кафедри фізичного виховання та здоров’я Київського національного університету технологій та дизайну, кандидатка медичних наук, доцентка Лілія Томіч; завідувачка кафедри теорії і методики спорту Навчально-наукового інституту фізичної культури Сумського державного педагогічного університету імені А.С. Макаренка, кандидатка педагогічних наук, доцентка Діана Бермудес.
Активну участь у напрацюванні пропозицій до проєкту ОПП взяла академічна спільнота, зокрема доцентки кафедри фізичної культури, спорту та методики викладання БДПУ Наталя Самсутіна, Людмила Коновальська, Наталія Поліщук, старший викладач кафедри хореографії та фітнесу Кирило Пономаренко, які у фаховій дискусії надали змістовні пропозиції щодо вдосконалення освітньо-професійної програми.
Вагомий внесок в обговорення проєкту ОПП зробили представники роботодавців, що дозволило врахувати актуальні потреби ринку праці, вимоги до професійної підготовки фахівців фізичної культури і спорту.
До обговорення проєкту долучилися здобувачі вищої освіти за даною програмою та її випускники, що забезпечило всебічний підхід до оцінювання якості освітньої програми.
Під час заходу було обговорено ключові аспекти проєкту ОПП «Фізична культура і спорт» на 2026 рік, зокрема:
- відповідність сучасним вимогам ринку праці;
- актуальність освітніх компонент;
- посилення практичної складової підготовки;
- впровадження інноваційних підходів у освітній процес.
З метою отримання зворотного зв’язку проведено анкетування стейкхолдерів. Отримані результати стануть підґрунтям для подальшого вдосконалення освітньо-професійної програми та підвищення її якості.

Discussion of the educational and professional program “Physical Culture and Sports” (Master’s level): dialogue with stakeholders
As part of ensuring the quality of higher education and improving educational programs, a stakeholder meeting was held to discuss the draft educational and professional program “Physical Culture and Sports” of the second (Master’s) level in the specialty A7 Physical Culture and Sports for 2026.
The guarantor of the educational and professional program is Professor Serhiy Kushniriuk, who coordinates the process of its update in accordance with modern industry requirements.
Leading industry experts joined the discussion of the draft EPP, in particular: Head of the Department of Physical Education and Health of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Liliya Tomich; Head of the Department of Theory and Methods of Sports of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical Culture of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Diana Bermudez.
The academic community took an active part in developing proposals for the OPP project, in particular, associate professors of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Teaching Methods of the BSPU Natalia Samsutina, Lyudmila Konovalska, Natalia Polishchuk, senior lecturer of the Department of Choreography and Fitness Kyrylo Ponomarenko, who in a professional discussion provided meaningful proposals for improving the educational and professional program.
A significant contribution to the discussion of the OPP project was made by representatives of employers, which allowed taking into account the current needs of the labor market, requirements for professional training of physical culture and sports specialists.
Applicants for higher education in this program and its graduates joined the discussion of the project, which provided a comprehensive approach to assessing the quality of the educational program.
During the event, key aspects of the OPP project “Physical Culture and Sports” for 2026 were discussed, in particular:
- compliance with modern labor market requirements;
- relevance of educational components;
- strengthening the practical component of training;
- introduction of innovative approaches into the educational process.
In order to obtain feedback, a stakeholder survey was conducted. The results obtained will serve as a basis for further improvement of the educational and professional program and improvement of its quality.
