Наприкінці листопада Анастасія Федорченко, здобувачка першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти спеціальності 013 Початкова освіта, голова студентської ради ФППОМ, взяла участь у престижній освітньо-лідерській програмі SD Campus 2025. Захід, організований СД Платформою спільно з FES-Ukraine, став потужним майданчиком для розвитку молодіжного лідерства.
Програма була спрямована на формування лідерських компетентностей, розуміння сучасних політичних процесів, розвиток навичок ефективної комунікації та роботи в команді. Учасники мали змогу зануритися в актуальний політичний, економічний та соціальний контекст України й світу, а також ознайомитися з принципами прогресивного європейського лідерства.
Анастасія відзначає, що участь у програмі стала для неї важливим етапом професійного та особистісного зростання. Вона поглибила знання про сучасні демократичні тенденції та політичні процеси, удосконалила навички комунікації, командної взаємодії та публічної презентації, розширила коло професійних контактів і долучилася до спільноти активної молоді, яка поділяє цінності свободи, рівності та справедливості.
Організатори створили атмосферу підтримки та співпраці, забезпечили високий рівень підготовки й якісний контент, що надихнув учасників програми діяти, розвиватися та змінювати світ навколо себе. Висловлюємо щиру вдячність команді SD Платформи та FES-Ukraine за професіоналізм, підтримку й можливість здобувачам освіти розкривати свій лідерський потенціал.

A step toward great leadership: FPPЕА student Anastasiia Fedorchenko participates in the SD Campus 2025 program
At the end of November, Anastasiia Fedorchenko, a bachelor’s student majoring in Primary Education (013), and the Head of the Student Council of the Faculty of Psychological and Pedagogical Education and Arts, took part in the prestigious educational and leadership program SD Campus 2025. The event, organized by the SD Platform in cooperation with FES-Ukraine, became a powerful platform for the development of youth leadership.
The program focused on building leadership competencies, understanding contemporary political processes, and developing effective communication and teamwork skills. Participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the political, economic, and social context of Ukraine and the world, as well as explore the principles of progressive European leadership.
Anastasiia notes that participation in the program became an important stage in her professional and personal growth. She deepened her understanding of modern democratic trends and political processes, improved her communication, teamwork, and public presentation skills, expanded her network of professional contacts, and joined a community of active young people who share the values of freedom, equality, and justice.
The organizers created an atmosphere of support and cooperation, ensuring high-quality preparation and meaningful content that inspired participants to act, develop, and change the world around them.
