25 лютого 2026 року кафедрою економіки, менеджменту та фінансів Бердянського державного педагогічного університету проведено І тур олімпіади з менеджменту серед здобувачів вищої освіти 2-4 курсів.
Олімпіада відбулася в дистанційному форматі із застосуванням електронних освітніх платформ Zoom та Moodle. Такий формат забезпечив належний організаційний супровід заходу, об’єктивність оцінювання та дотримання принципів академічної доброчесності.
Метою проведення олімпіади було виявлення здобувачів вищої освіти з високим рівнем професійної підготовки, розвиток управлінських компетентностей, формування здатності до аналітичного мислення та прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень.
Практична частина вимагала від учасників комплексного аналізу управлінських ситуацій, застосування теоретичних положень менеджменту в умовах наближених до реальної професійної діяльності, аргументованого обґрунтування прийнятих рішень. Тестова частина забезпечила перевірку системності знань із дисципліни «Менеджмент».
За результатами оцінювання журі визначено переможців І туру олімпіади:
- І місце – Дубінчук Ольга, група 3ФС
- ІІ місце – Жеденко Наталія, група 3ФС
- ІІІ місце – Ардаб’єв Єгор, група 3МН
Проведення олімпіади засвідчило належний рівень підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти, їхню здатність до системного аналізу управлінських проблем та ефективного застосування інструментів сучасного менеджменту.

First Round of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in Management: Results Overview
On February 25, 2026, the Department of Economics, Management and Finance of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University conducted the First Round of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in Management among 2nd–4th year higher education students.
The Olympiad was held in a дистанційний format using the electronic educational platforms Zoom and Moodle. This format ensured proper organizational support of the event, objectivity of assessment, and adherence to the principles of academic integrity.
The purpose of the Olympiad was to identify higher education students with a high level of professional training, to develop managerial competencies, to foster analytical thinking, and to enhance the ability to make well-grounded managerial decisions.
The practical component required participants to conduct a comprehensive analysis of managerial situations, apply theoretical principles of management in conditions close to real professional practice, and provide well-reasoned justification of their decisions. The testing component ensured the assessment of systematic knowledge of the discipline “Management.”
Based on the results of the evaluation, the jury determined the winners of the First Round of the Olympiad:
- 1st place – Olha Dubinchuk, group 3FS
- 2nd place – Nataliia Zhedenko, group 3FS
- 3rd place – Yehor Ardabiev, group 3MN
The results of the Olympiad demonstrated an appropriate level of professional training of higher education students, their ability to conduct systematic analysis of managerial problems, and their effective application of modern management tools.
